T cells are an elite force within our immune system, and T cell therapy is demonstrating significant potential in tackling challenging diseases like cancer and autoimmune disorders, offering new treatment options for more patients. Within T cell therapy, T cell activation is an essential step with a direct impact on treatment efficacy. If the activation intensity is too low, T cell transduction efficiency may decrease, impairing its antitumor effect. Nanoparticle-based reagents, with their ultra-fine particle size, remain evenly dispersed in the culture medium without sedimentation, offering uniform contact and activation of T cells, and require no pre-washing, making them easy to use. These advantages make nano-based T cell activation reagents an attractive option for CAR-T therapy.
